Q: What's the best part of working at Refactr?
A: Being proud of my team and my clients. Also, Refactr recognizes the value of curiosity and personal interest even when the subject of that interest is seemingly unrelated to our professional craft. Passionate people make passionate things.
Q: Why did you choose your current profession?
A: I enjoy creating order out of chaos. I enjoy improving the digital landscape. I enjoy contributing to products worth creating. I get to do that every day here.
Q: What's been your proudest achievement at the Refactr?
A: Turning new clients into returning clients.
Q: What was your best subject in school and why?
A: Art. I was too Asian for phy-Ed
Q: How have agile methods changed how you get work done?
A: It might be the difference between discovering new flavors at the farmers market instead of Sam's Club. One might be enticed by the perceived value of a bulk purchase, but what is the true value of a palate full of merchandise once you've decided it wasn't what you were looking for.
Q:What did you catch onto (early adopt) before your friends?
A: The accordion. Wait, has that caught on yet?
Q: If you could be a superhero, what would your name and superpowers be?
A:I am a superhero. That's why I wear glasses.
