Like most people, we like to be a part of something great. Hey, that's why we started Refactr, and are active participants in the online community that surrounds our technologies of choice. Whether we are discussing Java development or interface design and usability or extolling the virtues of Groovy and Grails, we actively seek to improve the groups of which we are a part.
So we post on our weblog, write whitepapers, present at conferences and organize events all with the idea that getting everyone to learn, and then create and innovate makes us all better, faster.

...getting together with people to chat and share ideas is where true innovation is culti- vated. We like to get out there as much as we can and have helped to setup a number of community-building events in Minneapolis / Saint Paul.
